Terms of stay

• This offer is valid for booking & stay until 31st March, 2023.
• The senior citizens can book a stay of 5 continuous nights in one booking, and a maximum of 2 rooms can be booked together. (Additional rooms will be charged at the rate of the day)
• If a booking is made for more than 2 rooms, the 3rd room onwards will be shifted to a flexible rate at check-in. There has to be a minimum gap of 2 nights, between two consecutive bookings under this offer.
• Offer valid on select days of the week & subject to availability.
• Check in and check-out timings
• Hotel's standard check-in / check-out time will be applicable.

Important Documents

Guests must be 60 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room. As a government mandate, guests are expected to present a valid proof of identity at the time of check in

• The offer is available to all senior citizens i.e. citizens of the age of 60 and above.
• Senior citizens must present any valid ID with proof of age to avail this offer.

• Under this offer, senior citizens can avail 20% discount on the Flexible Rate as indicated on www.hermitageresortdj.com. At 20% discount on Food & Select Beverages while dining at an operational All Day Dining restaurant across participating hotels during stay. • For the dining discount during stay, a maximum of 4 persons staying in house can dine at a time. The senior citizen must be present to avail the offer.
• This offer is not commissionable to travel agents.
• This offer is valid for booking & stay until 31st March, 2022.

• The 20% discount is only applicable on the Flexible rate, and will not be applicable on any other packages, retail rates or contracted rates.
• This package / offer cannot be combined with any other existing offer of Hermitage resort Darjeeling.
• The offer is non-transferable.
• The prevailing cancellation policy at the time of booking will apply
• Airport transfers are not included in the offer but can be made available at an extra charge based on the destination where this is sought.
• This offer is not valid on blackout dates and promotional days / periods.
• Decision of Hermitage Resort shall be final and binding on the guest.
• All disputes arising out of this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Kolkata.
• Banisha private Limited reserves the right to add, modify, amend, withdraw and/or delete any of the benefits, privileges, rules, terms & conditions, participating hotels and any or all aspects of this offer in whole or part, without assigning any reason, without prior notice and without any liability.
• Banisha private Limited also reserves the right to withdraw this offer in whole any at time without assigning any reason whatsoever.
